We provide a limited warranty on our repair work. The warranty period and terms will be communicated at the time of service. The warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover pre-existing conditions, misuse, or unrelated malfunctions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HVAC 777 LLC and its employees, contractors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You may cancel or reschedule an appointment at no charge by notifying us at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment window. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
